Gena Kriewaldt, MBA, RT(R)
Founder & Executive Strategist
Gena Kriewaldt is the founder and executive strategist of Driven One Ventures, a privately held real estate investment and development company focused on identifying overlooked opportunities and creating value through vision, strategy, and disciplined execution.
Before expanding into real estate, Gena built an executive career in healthcare leadership, operations, technology implementation, complex negotiation, and organizational transformation. She led major imaging operations and worked alongside executives, physicians, health systems, vendors, and national decision-makers.
Her transition into real estate was a natural extension of the same strengths.
From restoring a severely neglected historic waterfront property to directing the acquisition and repositioning of Southern California real estate, Gena has demonstrated an ability to see beyond present conditions and understand what an asset can become.
Today, she is expanding Driven One Ventures toward residential and multifamily investment opportunities throughout Southern California while building relationships with experienced brokers, lenders, contractors, operators, investors, and strategic partners.
Her approach is simple: see the potential, assemble exceptional people, and execute with purpose.
